By offering real-world experience in live broadcasting and content creation, we help people discover their strengths and sharpen their skills in a professional setting.
Our Founder
Nick McVicar brings over 13 years of experience in sports broadcasting and more than 20 years of involvement in professional, collegiate, and elite youth sports across Canada.
His background includes:
- Producer for Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and Toronto Argonauts broadcasts with TSN Radio
- 13 years with Western University’s MustangsTV as Executive Producer and play-by-play commentator
From pulling cable to producing live broadcasts, Nick understands every part of the process—and is passionate about helping young broadcasters gain real, hands-on experience.
As a former elite youth soccer player in Ontario, Nick also understands the importance of quality video for athlete recruitment. Through Equal Ground Media, he aims to help young athletes access professional-grade footage and highlight reels to support their journey to the next level of sport.
