Equal Ground Media was born from the legacy of the Garage Door Sports Network.
Originally created to give young and aspiring podcasters a platform to create, host, and produce shows without barriers, Garage Door Sports Network quickly grew. At its peak in 2021, the network supported up to eight active podcasts, with several contributors going on to work with outlets like TSN and CoolBet Canada, producing live sports shows and social media content.
Today, Equal Ground Media carries that mission forward—providing a home for authentic sports voices and high-quality production. Garage Door Sports remains the flagship show on the platform, and we’re always open to growing the lineup.
